ScanFit AI ("we," "our," or "us"), developed by Tehnomaster Studio, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is processed when you use our mobile application ScanFit AI (the "App").
1. Information Processing and Offline Operations
Our App is designed with an extreme focus on user privacy. We believe that your health, exercise, and body composition data belong to you alone. Consequently, our application runs entirely offline and locally on your mobile device.
A. Local Storage (Zero Server Transfers)
We do NOT collect, transmit, or store any personally identifiable information (PII) or progress metrics on our servers. All information you provide, including:
- Physiological parameters (height, weight, age, gender) used to calculate fitness indexes
- Your training history (sessions, duration, and timestamps)
- Your completed repetitions (squats, pushups) and gained experience points (XP) / level progress
- Posture and physiology analysis history records
is stored exclusively in your device's native local storage (SharedPreferences). We have no access to this data, and it never leaves your phone.
B. Camera Usage and Real-Time On-Device AI Analysis
ScanFit AI requests Camera Permission strictly to perform its core AI features. This processing is done completely locally and securely:
- Workout Tracking: The camera feed is used to detect skeletal coordinates (poses) during exercises to count repetitions in real-time. This is handled on-device using optimized machine learning models (Google ML Kit / MediaPipe).
- Posture and Physiology Analysis: The camera is used to capture photos to analyze segment posture and body composition curves.
- Extreme Data Protection: All video frames and images processed by the camera are processed strictly in-memory in real-time. We do NOT save, record, or store any camera photos or video footage, and they are NEVER sent to any remote servers.
C. Local Reminders and Alarm Clock
ScanFit AI uses Android's native AlarmManager and Alarm Clock APIs to schedule and show daily training reminders locally. This system does not use remote cloud servers (such as FCM) and does not collect or transmit your device push tokens.
2. Third-Party Services (Advertising)
To support ongoing development and keep the App free to use, we display ads using a third-party partner. These networks may collect and process device-specific metadata to deliver targeted or non-targeted advertisements:
- AppLovin MAX SDK: This service may collect details such as your Device Advertising ID (Google Play Services ID for Ads), IP address, device manufacturer/model, operating system version, and ad interaction logs (clicks, views).

3. Data Safety and Security
We implement robust standards to protect your local data:
- Android Secure Storage: We rely on Android's secure app sandbox environments to prevent other apps from accessing your local fitness storage.
- No Cloud Exposure: Because your data never travels across the internet to our servers, it is safe from database breaches and online hacks.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
- Local Data Erase: You can completely erase all your fitness history, parameters, and settings instantly at any time by clearing the App's storage in your Android settings (Settings -> Apps -> ScanFit AI -> Storage -> Clear Data) or by uninstalling the App.
- Ad Tracking Reset: You can reset or opt-out of personalized ads tracking at any time via your device's Google settings (Settings -> Google -> Ads -> Reset/Delete Advertising ID).
5. Children’s Privacy
Our App is not structured to attract children under the age of 13 (or 16 in European jurisdictions). We do not knowingly target or collect any personal information from children.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted directly on this page with an updated "Last updated" date at the top.
